10000 serier first edition

The 10000 series was produced, from November 1971 to 1973, in a first graphic format, called "first edition", including catalog numbers from 10001 to 10012.

On the front of the packs there is the Atlantic logo, the name of the subject, the scale and the number of pieces contained.

The Atlantic logo, the name of the subject, the scale, the number of pieces contained and the catalog number are shown on the side edges of the first 10 packs, while in packs 10011 and 1012 there is also the wording "made in Italy).

On the upper and lower edges there is the Atlantic logo and the name of the subject contained.

The back of the first 10 packs features a colored portion with a small window, the Atlantic logo, the illustration of the contents, the assembly instructions, the list of the first 4 catalog numbers of the same series in the first 2 packs, the list of the first 6 catalog numbers of the same series in packs 10003 and 10004, the list of the first 9 catalog numbers of the same series in packs 10005 and 10006, the list of the first 12 catalog numbers of the same series in packs from 1007 to 10010 and the wording "made in Italy", an unequivocal sign that this series was also designed for the international market.

The back of the last 2 packs, 10011 and 10012, is completely white with the list of the first 13 packs of the same series and the first packs of the 600 series, the illustration of the contents and the assembly instructions.
